FurTrack ("we," "our," or "us") is designed as a local iOS app. The App does not require an account, does not operate a backend service for your pet records, and does not collect personal information from you.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, receive, sell, rent, or share your personal information, pet records, photos, health logs, reminders, or app usage data. FurTrack does not include account registration, login, advertising tracking, or analytics that send your usage activity to us.

2. Data You Store in the App

You may choose to enter pet profiles, meals, walks, medications, vaccinations, weight records, medical notes, photos, care plans, reminders, and veterinary reports in the App. This data is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud for FurTrack, your data may also be stored and synchronized through your personal iCloud account under Apple's iCloud terms and privacy practices. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

3. Notifications and Local Features

Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device based on the information you enter. The App may use standard iOS permissions, such as notifications or photo access, only when needed for features you choose to use. Permission settings can be changed in iOS Settings.

4. Sharing and Exports

FurTrack may let you export or share content, such as a veterinary report or a photo, using iOS sharing tools. Sharing happens only when you choose to initiate it. Any recipient, app, or service you select is outside our control and may process the shared content under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Support Communications

If you contact us by email for support, we will receive the email address and message content you choose to send. We use that information only to respond to your request and do not use it for advertising or profiling.

6. Data Deletion and Control

Because your FurTrack data is stored locally and, if enabled, in your iCloud account, you control it through the App, your device, and Apple iCloud settings. You can delete records in the App, remove the App from your device, or manage iCloud data through iOS and iCloud settings.

7. Children's Privacy

FurTrack is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.

Welcome to FurTrack. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FurTrack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. No Account or Backend Service

FurTrack does not require registration or login. The App is designed to run locally on your iOS device. We do not host your pet records on our own backend service and cannot access, restore, or delete data stored on your device or in your personal iCloud account.

3. Your Data and Responsibility

You retain all rights to the data and content you enter into FurTrack, including pet profiles, health logs, photos, reminders, notes, and reports ("User Content"). You are responsible for the accuracy of your User Content and for managing backups, device security, and iCloud settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Store or share content through the App in a way that violates the rights of others or applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or related iOS/iCloud functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

FurTrack and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are owned by FurTrack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The FurTrack name, logo, and all related names, logos, and designs are trademarks of FurTrack.

6. iCloud and iOS Services

If you enable iCloud sync or use iOS sharing, notifications, photos, or other Apple-provided features, those services are provided by Apple and controlled through your device and Apple account settings. Your use of those services is subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FurTrack disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

FurTrack is a pet care management tool and does not provide veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet's health.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FurTrack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Stopping Use

You may stop using FurTrack at any time by deleting the App from your device. You remain responsible for deleting or managing any local or iCloud data through the App, iOS, or iCloud settings.

6. iCloud 和 iOS 服务
